The way Ramsey played on Sunday didn’t really look like he is aware of the tradition, history, pride of Arsenal. Is he aware of the rivalry? I woke up really early this morning to observe two minutes of silence and recited a prayer in Hebrew for our boys. No, we don’t run a pedophilic association, I meant for our boys in Red and White, apparently they are still not men. Having not downloaded a single game this season, I feel bad as well as disappointed about things at the club. [I download all games which Arsenal win 'good' every season]. How do we change things without being too drastic?

Well, first and foremost, let’s get through with this analogy. A game of football is like a war. Your goal is your fortress, you need to first think about protecting your goal and then if ‘made sure’ it is in ‘safe hands’, venture forward to attack and demolish your enemy. Simply put, if ya’ fuckin’ fortress ain’ guarded well maite, don’ fuckin’ venture forward maite!

Arsene hit the nail on its head by admitting the fact that the team needs to defend like a..well…team. The four defenders as per their designation will do their jobs, I understand, but the rest of the team needs to pitch in too. Look at Wayne Rooney, he is sometimes the last defender during set-pieces for Manchester United. He makes sure that his goal is protected first and only then does he spray passes to that Portuguese guy who scores like …fuck…lets not even go there! Depresses the shit outta me.

Up next in a few hours – Bolton, who used to be our nemesis a few years back when that gum-chewing fat Sam was at the helm. Now, they have Coyle, who loves Arsene more than he loves his wife, which means, they are not going to ‘rough it up’ against us. So, boys, go get them! Concentrate. Defend Well. It feels real bad, almost 8-2 devastated for keeping this blog not updated.

Well, I have my reasons, too much work and I write on a weekly basis for Arsenal on the website www.thehardtackle.com.

Now, I plan to write a post over here every day, am trying to figure out what is the ideal time for that, when I’ll have time to update this. I’ll do some thinking, not-the-thinking-our-defenders-do-when-opponents-counterattack, the ‘real’ thinking. Hope to keep the promise this time and destroy the cobwebs forever and ever and…you get it!

Remember, we managed to lift one in 2003-04, where we were well, unbeaten in the league!? That was a long time back. Since then, Thierry and Freddie have had spells at Hollywood, Lauren has gone missing, they last heard from his via an SOS from Madagascar. Sol and Mad Jens have had two spells at the club, Adebayor missed catching the flight to Milan who bid 150 Million Pizzas for him and ended up in Blue Arabian Hell of Manchester! We have moved from Highbury to The Emirates. But, one thing has remained a constant, it’s THE Arsenal and it’s favorite manager, Monsieur Arsene Wenger!

In between all the rage and frustration due to not being able to win trophies, we have had European Seasons year after year which has made this club financially stable. It is so stable that it can afford top class players like Koscielny and Squillaci, our big money transfers! Oops! We are now in the ‘business end’ of the season. Funny! For some clubs, January is more like THE ‘business’ end of the season, nevermind! We need to win all games which would mean, we win the league, it is THAT simple, Yes!

Let’s give our full support to our team from tomorrow! Dratt! It’s the freakin’ interlull. Okay, fine, please pray for our team that they don’t lose more than two bones in every game they play. Blackburn, we are almost there with 22 bones less. B.E.W.A.R.E

Lets analyse the match.

Wenger’s strategy? Right? Wrong?

- I am of the opinion that if you have played a midweek Champions League fixture, you HAVE TO rotate the squad irrespective of the performance in the midweek. Players get tired. They get rusty. They lose sharpness. It’s very normal. We could have easily given Rosicky, Gibbs and Eboue a start. So, one WRONG!

- On the other hand, the young legs of Jack are too good for Arsenal at the moment. He is running the show in the center, with or without Cesc. This guy has a big future at Arsenal and his development is even more complete with a deep-role in the midfield. So, there, RIGHT! (and I have contradicted myself too, Hah!)

Positives from the game

- Koscielny and Squillaci were excellent. So was Almunia. Was it possible for him to block that last shot? No. Please!

- Rosicky, Nasri, Jack and even Denilson after coming on, looked really good. They kept hold of the ball and tried their best to feed Chamakh.

- Chamakh was massive. The Moroccan has it all that is needed to become a top striker in Premiership, perhaps a little bit of technical ability is lacking. I would love to see him take on defenders one on one and beat them by dribbling/dogging/mocking at them/abusing them in French…something…

- Alex Song was very poor. I, actually wanted him to be subbed at half-time. Sadly, he left 10 minutes later. Yes, we can argue, it wasn’t a red card, I agree, but, he was poor and tackles were stupid.

A strange bad day at the office for Song!

- Clichy is dodgy with his defending right now. Wingers are easily beating him. Perhaps, I am being a little too critical of our only Gunner who has won a Premiership medal, but he really needs to step up a notch or two.

- Without Cesc, we are a different Arsenal. Rosicky and Nasri are fantastic footballers, but they are not Cesc. Sigh!

- Rosicky should have never taken the penalty. Nasri should have. But, nevermind!

- The ref was pathetic. *Period*

11 Points from 5 games. 2 points lost, honestly.

Let us hope the injury with Cesc is not serious.

My baby is back. Stop getting imaginative, I am talking about this blog (or maybe little Jack). I have given it a new look and new feel and i dunno what the hell that means. With a ‘controlled’ avatar, I’ve been writing for our wesbite for the last 6 months, which made me ignore this little darling of mine. I thought it’s high time to get this rolling back on the scene because attheemirates should be up and running in the season Arsenal finally win the league. Optimism and all that jazz.

We play Bolton tomorrow. Yeah, I know, Bolton freakin’ pain-in-the-ass Wanderers. But, don’t you worry, they don’t have Sam or Megson anymore, it’s Coyle now, who wants to play ‘football like us’. Haha. Incredibly funny. THAT would really help us in attacking them and cutting them into pieces. Mind you, that old son-of-a-little-deceased-mongoose Kevin Davies still wears the Bolton colors. Be afraid.

Sol Campbell and Mikael Sylvester, using all of the 67 years of Mother-Earth-living-experience, played their best football match of this season. Campbell was so good that Wenger was quite convinced about the veteran making it to South Africa, this World Cup. Haha, Wenger still has his sense of humor intact. We tried our best to penetrate but sadly, Sol’s ‘Invincible’ partner ‘Kolo’ was as mean as him on the other side of the field. He didn’t let Van Persie take a single shot at goal. It was a match finishing with a totally unexpected scoreline as predicted scorelines went upto 3-2 pre-match.
Both the teams had their own reasons of not losing the match, City had to take one point away from Emirates before they play the European last spot Cup Match (literally) against Spurs end season and Arsenal just couldn’t afford to lose a football match after the humiliation against Wigan and Spurs back to back.

If we dissect our performance yesterday, we can say, we lacked decisiveness a bit and nobody was ready to make the incisive runs into their defence. Nasri tried his twists and turns and so did Rosicky, but they failed to get into their opponents D. Theo, with all his pace, didn’t do anything worth a mention. Diaby and Song looked very solid and bullied veteran Patrick Vieira in the middle. Diaby tackling his ‘Master’ and bringing the big man down was probably the moment of the match.

The always-smiling retarded looking with two ridiculous pony-tails, Adebayor was inserted in the second half with massive booing from the Arsenal fans as departing Paddy got enormous cheers from the same fans. THAT is the difference between a legend and an A-hole. I don’t think Ada made any impact except causing a great disturbance in the vocal chords of the Arsenal fans. I don’t think anybody got abused so much in the history of this game. …And still, the moron kept on smiling, what a sad irony!

We are almost over for this season. We really need to give Fran and company an outing in the next few matches. And finally, a Barca fan did speak some sense about Cesc, rather than all those DNA shit.

It is going to be mighty difficult for Arsenal fans to shuffle between ‘ooohhh’s and ‘boooo’s when three of our stalwarts return to homeland. Kolo is a loved character, he was a gentleman during his time at Arsenal, and he is still a gentleman. Absolutely love you Kolo, welcome home!

Patrick, our former captain, was one of the feared midfield characters during his time at Arsenal. The matches against United had a totally different meaning and color to it when he was there with his fierce rivalry against Keano. He is welcome At The Emirates.

Ada! Well, well, well! He was a decent guy when he played here. He had a season when he scored 30 goals after getting 367 assists from Cesc. Very decent conversion rate that! But after that season, he became crazy, he started talking with Italian guys and became a pain-in-the-backside for us. He stayed for one more season, was a complete nuisance and finally left giving all shitty interviews talking absolute shit about us. Then we happened to play ‘em at City stadium and he proved once and for all that he is a big piece of polished monkey crap. So, sire, YOU are not welcome here. Though, Wenger wants us to show him some respect, he won’t get any, that is very clear and logical.

The good news is, Song is fit. He brings a good balance to the side, shields the back four which will again contain two veterans who compete against each other and Theo Walcott with one leg in pre-match sprinting. Robin Van Persie will most certainly start the match and show why we missed him so much. Rosicky and Bendtner should be on either side of RVP while Diaby and Nasri will keep Song company in the midfield.

We need to throw the horror of Wigan out of the window and come out all guns blazing scoring a goal within five minutes. With every goal, we should gather around Ada and mock him and even slap him if that is permitted. Ok, I am getting carried away. Relax, Citeh, welcome to the Emirates, its gonna be a war!

Since we are almost certain to offload all our goalkeepers at the end of this season, every goalkeeper playing in a professional football club will be linked to us on a day to day basis.
We might after all, have some really good news ahead of the City match, Arshavin might be back and that is incredibly tasty.
